Cordões impressos, em poliéster e nylon

  • The default lanyard, and the cheapest way to put a brand round a thousand necks.
  • Three ways to carry a logo: screen print, full-colour sublimation, or woven into the ribbon.
  • 10 to 25 mm wide, 90 cm standard or 45-49 cm adjustable.
  • Six fittings, including a bulldog clip that grips a badge with no punch hole, and a dual hook that stops it spinning.
  • From EUR 0,69 at 100 pieces.

This is the lanyard most events actually order: a flat woven strap with a logo on it, a hook at the bottom, and a price low enough that nobody has to think about the quantity. Everything else in the range is a deviation from this one, chosen because a specific problem — comfort, sustainability, safety, a badge that will not stay straight — made the standard version wrong.

Three decisions define it: how the logo gets onto the ribbon, how wide the ribbon is, and what holds the badge.

Three ways to carry a logo

Serigrafia Sublimação de tinta Deep woven
Where the logo is Ink on top of the ribbon Tingido na fibra Woven into the fabric itself
Colours 1-4, Pantone matched, priced per colour Unlimited, photographic One, in the weave
Ambos os lados Preço por lado Free, and can differ Shows through
Durabilidade Good; a surface layer Cannot crack or peel Cannot fade at all
Lê-se como Standard event stock Designed Expensive
Adequado para A logo, at volume, on a budget Event artwork, sponsors, gradients Staff lanyards meant to last years

A deep-woven logo works best in dense nylon rather than polyester: the weave creates a slightly concave, textured effect and the ribbon has a smoother, more lustrous finish. It is the upgrade to specify when the lanyard outlives the event.

Largura

Largura What fits on it
10-15 mm A logo. Lightest and cheapest.
20 mm The standard. A logo plus an event name, on both sides.
25 mm Sponsor blocks, or a lanyard meant to be read across a hall.

Fittings, and the badge that faces backwards

The commonest complaint about lanyards is not about the lanyard. It is that the badge has turned round again. A badge on a single hook rotates freely and will spend roughly half the day showing a blank back.

Montagem O que faz
Swivel or dog hook The standard. Cheapest, needs a punched hole in the badge.
Dual hook Two attachment points hold the badge flat so it cannot spin. The most effective fix here.
Metal bulldog clip Spring-loaded jaws grip the edge of almost any badge, laminate or wallet — including ones with no hole.
PVC length adjuster Each wearer sets the height. Worth it for daily workplace use, not for a two-day conference.
Safety breakaway Releases under load at the back of the neck. Required in schools, hospitals and around machinery.

Perguntas frequentes

Screen print, sublimation or woven?

Screen print puts opaque Pantone-matched ink on the ribbon and is the cheapest for a solid logo in one to three colours. Sublimation dyes the artwork into the fibre, handles photographs and gradients, and costs the same on both sides — different artwork per side is free. A deep-woven logo is part of the fabric itself, so it can never fade, peel or crack; it is limited to one colour and reads as the most expensive of the three.

Que largura devemos encomendar?

20 mm is the standard and the one to choose if you are not sure — enough surface for a logo plus an event name, on both sides. 10 and 15 mm are lighter and cheaper but only really fit a logo. 25 mm is worth it when the strap carries sponsors rather than one brand, or when the lanyard itself is meant to be seen from across a hall.

Why does the badge keep turning round?

Because it hangs from one hook and is free to rotate. A dual hook fixes it: two attachment points at the bottom of the lanyard hold a badge or card holder flat and stop it flipping. It costs a little more and it is the single most effective fix in this category — a badge facing backwards identifies nobody.

What is a bulldog clip and when is it better than a hook?

A spring-loaded clip with wide jaws, like a clothes peg. A hook needs a punched hole of the right size; a bulldog clip grips the edge of almost any badge, laminate or card wallet, including ones with no hole at all. That makes it the practical choice for events where attendees bring their own passes, or where badges are printed on site.

What does the safety breakaway actually do?

It releases at the back of the neck when the lanyard is pulled hard or caught in a door or machine. Schools, hospitals and industrial sites generally require it, and it costs very little. Specify it unless there is a reason not to — the reason people skip it is usually that nobody asked, not that it was considered.

What is the difference between polyester and nylon?

Nylon is denser, smoother and more lustrous than standard flat polyester, and it takes a deep-woven logo particularly well — the weave creates a slightly concave, textured effect that reads as premium. Polyester is cheaper, prints more crisply, and is what almost every event uses. Nylon is the upgrade when the lanyard is meant to last beyond the event.

Can the lanyard be adjustable?

Yes. A PVC slider on a 45 to 49 cm lanyard lets each wearer set the height so the badge sits where it can be read. It is worth it for daily workplace use, where the same lanyard is worn for a year, and less so for a two-day conference where nobody adjusts anything.

Qual é a encomenda mínima?

From 100 pieces, about two to three weeks from approved artwork. Screen print is priced per colour per side, so a two-colour logo on both sides is four print positions — worth knowing before the artwork is finalised.
