Your wristband order checklist
Check quantities, artwork approval, delivery requirements and goods on arrival. A practical checklist for ordering custom wristbands and lanyards.
Before requesting a quotation
- Choose the product, dimensions, material and closure. State whether it is for single-use admission or repeated use.
- List quantities by design, colour, size and zone. Identify any numbering, QR or RFID requirements.
- Provide the delivery country, postcode and required arrival date. Distinguish the event date from the date you need the goods.
- Send the logo or draft artwork and any required material evidence. For LED products, specify the control system and required zones.
Compare 500 and 1000 pieces
For fabric wristbands and lanyards, keep width, material, print method and number of printed sides identical. Compare the same closure or fittings, including any safety breakaway.
Ask for separate totals at 500 and 1000 pieces, split by design. These are comparison quantities, not minimum order quantities. Compare the complete price including agreed printing, packing, delivery and applicable charges. Provide your country, postcode and required arrival date so we can confirm the schedule for your order.
A lower unit price is useful only if the extra pieces will be used. Choose the quantity against your planned recipients and reserve.
Before approving production
- Check the quotation covers the agreed product, print, accessories, transport and applicable charges.
- Confirm the final artwork proof and quantity split. Check a physical sample where colour, texture, fit or system compatibility is critical.
- Confirm production and delivery timing in writing. The applicable schedule depends on the agreed product, approvals and shipping arrangements.
When the delivery arrives
- Count and inspect the goods against the confirmed order. Check print, closures, sizes and any numbering.
- Test LED and RFID functions with the intended equipment before distribution. Keep faulty samples separate.
- Report any discrepancy promptly with the order reference, affected quantity and clear photos. Keep the packaging available for assessment.
