Everything worn at a Pride event is gone by Monday. These are the items that stay — on a desk, in a bag, in an office kitchen — which makes them the right half of the range for an internal campaign rather than a public one.
| Item | What it is | From |
|---|---|---|
| Grip ball pens | Push-button pen with a white barrel, so the logo reads cleanly against the colour | EUR 0,25 |
| Heart stress balls | High-density PU foam, heart shaped, shiny finish | EUR 1,19 |
| Ceramic mugs | 370 ml, the standard office size, dishwasher safe | EUR 1,39 |
| PU leather notebooks | Soft-touch hard cover built for daily carry | EUR 2,49 |
| Stainless steel bottles | Durable, reusable, an alternative to single-use plastic | EUR 7,90 |
The spread here is more than thirty times from cheapest to dearest, which means the real decision is who receives them. Pens and stress balls are handout economics. Mugs and notebooks are team-sized. The bottle is a gift for a named person.
A public event wants volume and visibility. An employee network, a diversity programme or an onboarding pack wants something that stays in the building — and a mug on a desk is seen by the same colleagues every day for years, which no wearable achieves. If the audience is your own staff, spend the budget here rather than on wearables.
The pens are the only item here that solves the rainbow-logo problem by design: a white barrel gives the logo its own ground, so it stays readable while the clip and grip carry the colour. It is worth copying on the other items — a clear panel for the logo, colour everywhere else.
Duration. A bandana is worn for one weekend; a mug sits on a desk for three years, in an office where colleagues and visitors see it. If the campaign is internal — an employee network, a diversity programme, onboarding packs — desk items are the better spend. For a public event, wearables win.
The pens, by a distance, at EUR 0,25. They have a white barrel, so a logo reads cleanly against the rainbow rather than fighting it, and nobody throws away a working pen. The mug is the better gift; the pen is the better campaign.
370 ml, which is the standard office size — one large coffee, fits under most machines. Ceramic, dishwasher safe, and it stays on a desk long after the campaign that produced it has ended.
It is the most expensive item here by a wide margin, and it behaves accordingly: it is a gift rather than a giveaway. For an onboarding pack, a wellness programme or a small internal team it lands well. For a public event handout it is far too much, and the pens or stress balls do that job.
The soft-touch PU hard cover is built for daily office use and survives being carried in a bag. It is the item most likely to end up in a meeting where other people see it, which is worth more than the cover material suggests.
From 100 pieces per item, about two to three weeks from approved artwork. Mixed orders across the five items are normal.
