Pantone-Matched Sports Water Bottles 800 ml

  • Your Pantone, not a stock colour: the body is moulded in a colour matched to your brand reference, so the bottle itself carries the brand before the logo does.

  • 800 ml: a full training session or a working day without a refill — larger than the usual 500-600 ml promotional bottle.

  • Locking flip-top lid: one-hand push-button opening with a lock catch, so it will not open inside a bag.

  • Moulded volume scale: markings in the wall let the user track intake through the day — the feature that makes a bottle get used rather than stored.

  • MOQ 1000 per colour, roughly 35 days from artwork and colour approval.

Most promotional bottles are chosen from a stock colour chart and then printed. This one is the other way round: the body is moulded in a colour matched to your own Pantone reference, so the brand is in the material rather than on top of it. At 800 ml it is also a size above the usual promotional bottle, which is what makes it a bottle people keep using rather than one that ends up in a drawer.

It is a custom production run, not a stock item pulled from a warehouse. That is the trade-off: a minimum of 1000 pieces per colour and about five weeks of lead time, in exchange for a bottle nobody else on the market has.

Why the colour matters more than the print

A printed logo on a white bottle is read at arm’s length. A bottle moulded in a brand colour is read across a gym floor, in a photograph, from the other side of a race village. For sports brands, clubs, gyms and anyone running a long campaign, the moulded colour does the work that a print cannot — and it cannot scratch off, because there is nothing sitting on the surface to scratch.

Colour matching is done against a Pantone reference you supply. Plastic does not reproduce every Pantone exactly, so we confirm the achievable match with a pre-production sample before the run starts.

Key features

  • Capacity: 800 ml — a full session or a working day.

  • Locking flip lid: push-button opening with a safety catch. Opens one-handed, stays shut in a bag.

  • Wide spout: drinks quickly and takes ice cubes; the whole lid unscrews for cleaning.

  • Volume scale: moulded markings up the body for tracking daily intake.

  • Level window: a clear strip showing how much is left without lifting the bottle.

  • Wrist strap: integrated into the lid collar, so the bottle is carried rather than put down and forgotten.

  • Matte soft-touch finish: does not show fingerprints the way a gloss body does.

Where it is used

  • Sports nutrition and supplement brands: a branded bottle in the customer’s own colour, sold or given with the product.

  • Gyms and fitness chains: membership gifts and retail items that stay visible on the gym floor.

  • Clubs and teams: squad bottles in the club colour, matched to the shirt rather than approximated.

  • Corporate wellness programmes: the volume scale is the reason these bottles get used daily rather than once.

Other bottles and drinkware

If 1000 pieces is more than the project needs, the stock ranges start much lower: Sports and Water Bottles from 50 pieces in PE, rPET, Tritan and glass, Vacuum Insulated Bottles for hot and cold drinks, and Insulated Travel Mugs for commuting. The whole category: Drinkware and Bottles.

Common questions

How close is the colour match, really?

Close enough that people read it as the brand colour, but not a laboratory match. Pigment in plastic behaves differently from ink on paper, so some Pantone references — particularly bright oranges, fluorescents and metallics — cannot be hit exactly. We produce a colour sample against your reference before the run and confirm the achievable match with you in writing. If the sample is not right, the pigment is adjusted before production, not after.

Why is the minimum 1000 pieces?

Because the colour is moulded, not printed. Each colour needs the machine purged and set up with a new pigment batch, and that setup cost only makes sense across a full run. Printing a logo on a stock bottle has no such cost, which is why our stock ranges start at 50 pieces. If you need fewer than 1000, a printed stock bottle is the sensible answer and we will say so.

Can we order several colours in one production run?

Yes, and it is common — the minimum is 1000 per colour, not 1000 in total. Three colours means 3000 pieces. Splitting a run across colours does not change the unit price much, because the setup is repeated per colour either way.

What is the total lead time from first contact?

Around six to seven weeks in practice. Roughly one to two weeks for artwork, colour reference and the pre-production sample, then about 35 days of production after the sample and order are approved, plus transit. Plan backwards from the event or launch date rather than forwards from today.

Can we print a logo as well as matching the colour?

Yes. The moulded colour and a printed logo are separate decisions, and most projects use both — the colour is seen from a distance, the logo up close. Screen print and pad print both work on the matte body. Send the logo as vector artwork with the Pantone references named.
