Plywood, if the badge is meant to say something about the brand. These are cut from 3mm plywood, each card carries its own grain so no two are identical, and they are light enough to wear for a multi-day conference.
That is the normal use — full-colour printing takes your logo, attendee names or a QR code. For VIP events and conferences the name and code side is usually the reason the badge exists.
