The lid stretches over most standard cup types rather than matching one moulded rim, so it works across a mixed bar inventory instead of being tied to a single cup. There is a central opening sized for a straw, which means the drink is still drinkable with the cover on — a lid that has to be removed to drink from gets removed once and never replaced. Before committing to a large run, try one over the widest glass your bar actually uses. Stretch has a limit, and a tumbler is not a goblet.
There are two surfaces and they do two different jobs. The lid is seen while the drink is in hand, by everyone at that table, for the length of the event. The keychain case is seen afterwards, on a set of keys, for months. If the budget covers only one, print the case: the lid’s job is to work, the case’s job is to keep the brand in circulation once everyone has gone home.
Colours are black, blue, green and red. Black disappears against a dark bar top and a dark tablecloth, which is either discreet or a stock-control problem depending on how many you expect back. The other three read at a distance and let staff run one colour per zone, per bar or per ticket type — a small thing that makes a large site much easier to work.
