Custom Premium Rain Ponchos

  • PU-coated polyester, 3000+ waterproof rating: built for a full day of real rain, not a single shower.

  • Hood, large pockets and a side four-button closure: wearable kit rather than a disposable sheet.

  • Six stock colours, matching pouch included: print on the chest, the full back panel and the pouch.

  • From 50 pieces: custom Pantone dyeing available from 800 pieces.

Outdoor events do not stop for rain, and people remember whether the thing you handed them actually worked. This is the reusable end of the poncho market: PU-coated polyester with a real hood, deep front pockets and a side closure, packed into a matching drawstring pouch that fits in a jacket pocket. It is the kind of item that stays in the car after the event, which is where the branding keeps earning its money.

Key features

  • PU coating, 3000+ waterproof rating: heavy rain territory, not a shower-proof film that tears on the first gust.

  • Hood that stays put: natural colour fabric brim plus an adjustable cord, so it keeps rain off the face instead of blowing back.

  • Side four-button closure: closes the poncho down the sides in wind, and opens again when people need their arms.

  • Large front pockets: phone, badge, keys and lanyard stay dry and reachable.

  • Matching pouch included: folds down to roughly the size of a water bottle, so it fits in a welcome bag.

Which one

Three decisions and you are done.

  • Colour: six colours are held in stock and can go to print immediately. Yellow and orange are the ones stewards and volunteers get seen in; black and army green are what guests actually keep. A Pantone matched custom dye is possible, but the dye lot minimum is 800 pieces, so below that quantity pick the nearest stock colour and let the print carry the brand.

  • Print positions: a chest logo is the cheap and safe option. The back panel is the one that works in a crowd, because that is the surface a camera sees, and it takes artwork up to A4 comfortably. The pouch is a third position worth taking when the poncho is a giveaway that goes home.

  • Quantity: the price moves most between 50 and 100 pieces, because tooling and freight are spread over fewer units at the bottom end. If the event is annual, ordering the second year in advance is usually cheaper than two separate runs.

Use cases

  • Festivals and outdoor concerts: keeps the audience in place when the weather turns, and turns a wet crowd into a wall of sponsor logos.

  • Universities and open days: campus tours run rain or shine, and a branded poncho in the school colour is a keepsake rather than litter.

  • Stewards, volunteers and crew: a bright colour plus a back print makes staff identifiable from across a field.

  • Corporate away days and sports events: a reusable item that survives the day and comes out again next season.

Common questions

How waterproof are they?

The PU coating carries a 3000+ waterproof rating, which is heavy downpour territory rather than shower proof.

Is the hood usable in real weather?

The hood has a natural colour fabric brim and an adjustable cord, so it stays in place and keeps rain off the face instead of blowing back.

What is the minimum order?

50 pieces in any of the six stock colours, printed. A Pantone matched custom dye needs 800 pieces per colour, so below that we print onto the closest stock colour.

Where can the logo go?

Silk screen print on the chest, on the full back panel and on the drawstring pouch. The back panel takes artwork up to A4 comfortably and is the position that reads in a crowd.

Why choose this over a basic poncho?

A disposable poncho is a plastic sheet that tears and goes in the bin the same day. This one is a coated fabric garment with a hood, pockets and a pouch, so people keep it and the print keeps working.
