Custom Neoprene Laptop Sleeves & Bags – Shockproof

  • Impact Protection: Thick, spongy neoprene core absorbs shocks and prevents scratches on laptops and tablets.

  • Versatile Styles: Choose from simple zippered sleeves or full messenger bags with shoulder straps and extra pockets.

  • Full Surface Print: The fabric exterior allows for edge-to-edge sublimation printing of photos, patterns, or large logos.

  • Water Resistant: Neoprene naturally repels water splashes, keeping expensive electronics safe from rain or spills.

A neoprene case that a laptop lives in every working day. The material is the reason to choose it: neoprene is closed-cell foam, so it takes the knock of a bag being set down hard rather than passing it through, and it accepts a print across its entire surface. That combination is why a branded sleeve is still in use three years after the conference, while the branded notebook from the same bag was gone in a month.

Sleeve or bag?

The sleeve is a slim zipped envelope that slides into a rucksack. It is the version to order in volume — onboarding kits, student handouts, delegate bags — because it is cheaper per unit, packs flat for shipping, and nobody has to like the strap for it to be used. The bag is a standalone carrier with reinforced handles and a detachable shoulder strap; it replaces a rucksack instead of living inside one. Order bags when the recipient is a named person — a client, a VIP delegate, a long-service award — and sleeves when the recipient is a list.

Which size

Sizes are 13″, 15″, 17″ or custom. Size to the machine, not to the brand. A 13″ sleeve will not accept a larger ultrabook, and a 15″ sleeve is loose but perfectly usable on a smaller one, so where you are buying for a mixed fleet you cannot audit, 15″ is the safe middle. Custom sizing pays off only where the fleet is genuinely uniform — one corporate laptop model, or a tablet rollout across a school year.

Specifying the rest

  • Thickness: 3mm to 5mm high-density neoprene. Thicker means more protection and more bulk in the bag; thinner is the right call when the sleeve has to fit inside luggage that is already full.
  • Closure: dual zippers. Two pulls let the case open flat rather than at one corner, which is what people want at an airport security tray.
  • Extras: shoulder straps, mouse pockets and handles. Each one adds cost on every unit, so decide whether the whole run needs them or only the bag version.
  • Print: full surface, complex artwork and gradients included. This is the point of difference against leather, where branding is limited to a small embossed mark.

Sleeve or bag — which one?

The sleeve is a slim zip-closure profile that slides into a backpack, which suits mass giveaways. The bag is a standalone carrier with reinforced handles and a detachable shoulder strap.

How much of the surface can be printed?

All of it. Neoprene takes a full-surface print, which is the practical difference from a leather case where branding is limited to a small embossed mark.

Which sizes and thickness?

13, 15 and 17 inch as standard, or custom. The material is 3–5 mm high-density neoprene with dual zips; mouse pockets, handles and shoulder straps are available as extras.
