Nobody carries a phone in their hand for an hour of running, and a jacket pocket bounces. An armband is the one place a large phone stays still while the wearer is moving — which is why this is kit that gets used, rather than kit that gets kept.
Neoprene is the padded option: it grips a bare arm, cushions the phone and is the default for running clubs and race packs. Lycra is thinner and lighter, better over a sleeve and quicker to dry, so it suits gyms and indoor training. Reflective polyester is the winter choice — it does the same job and adds visibility for anyone commuting or training after dark, which in northern Europe is most of the year. If one order has to cover all of it, the reflective version is the one with the fewest wrong answers.
It takes phones up to 6.7 inch, and that is the phone plus whatever is around it. A thick protective case or a wallet case pushes a device that fits on paper past the limit in practice, and this is the single most common complaint on armbands ordered in bulk. The adjustable hook-and-loop strap covers a wide range of arm sizes, so a mixed group is not a problem, but check the strap against the biggest arm rather than the average one — a strap at the end of its travel loosens as soon as someone starts moving.
A sleeve of neoprene or lycra with a clear touch-through window, wrapped around the upper arm with an adjustable hook-and-loop strap. The phone slides in from the top, the screen stays usable, and a small pocket behind it takes a key, a bank card or an energy gel.
The outer face is flat, unbroken and around 12 × 6 cm — a much bigger canvas than a wristband. Screen print for one or two colours, full-colour transfer for photographic artwork or a sponsor block. Print stays legible from the side of the road, which is where it matters.
For the same audience: LED sports belt, UV arm sleeves and zip-pocket wristbands.
Phones up to 6.7 inch, and the hook-and-loop strap adjusts across roughly 25–40 cm of arm circumference, so one size covers the field at a running event.
About 12 × 6 cm of flat, unbroken outer face — far more than a wristband or a bib number. Screen print for one or two colours, full-colour transfer for photographic artwork or a sponsor block.
No. A clear touch-through window keeps the screen usable in place, and a pocket behind the phone takes a key, a bank card or a gel. Minimum order is 100 pieces.
