Printed Headbands and Sweatbands

  • Terry and polycotton for training, fleece for winter running and skiing.
  • Woven patch, embroidery or edge-to-edge sublimation.
  • Pairs with our zip-pocket wristbands as a two-piece set that lifts the order value.
  • One-size stretch fit — no sizing headache in a bulk order.
  • Also works as a team item: same design, different colour per group.

A sweatband keeps sweat out of eyes and off glasses, and a headband keeps hair and cold out of the way. Both are worn by choice, in training, week after week — which is why a club logo on one is seen far more often than the same logo on a giveaway. Made here in terry cotton, polycotton with elastane, 280 g/m² fleece and RPET, one-size stretch, from 100 pieces.

Order it as a kit, not as a single band

The catalogue already sells the wristband half of this. On its own a sweatband is a small order that is hard to justify; a wristband and headband together is a kit, and kits are what clubs, gyms and race organisers actually put in a budget. The same applies to the packing: two matched pieces in one bag read as a member welcome pack or a finisher gift, while one loose band reads as a leftover.

Season and quantity

This is a two-season product and the constructions split cleanly. Terry and polycotton sell through spring and summer for tennis, padel, running and gym use. The fleece band is an autumn and winter item — it starts moving in October and it is bought by people running, skiing and working outdoors in the cold. With a minimum of 100 pieces, a club can run both without over-committing: order the summer construction for the season ahead and hold the fleece decision until the autumn membership numbers are known.

Three constructions

  • Terry cotton sweatband — the classic gym and tennis band. Absorbs, washes, survives. Branding by woven patch or embroidery.
  • Polycotton with elastane — thinner, sits flatter under a cap or helmet, carries a printed cotton patch.
  • Fleece band 280 g/m² — covers the ears for winter running, cross-country skiing and outdoor work. The one that sells from October.

Branding that survives washing

A print directly onto terry loops breaks up. Use a woven or printed patch stitched onto the band, or embroidery, and the logo outlasts the garment. For all-over colour, the polyester and RPET versions take full sublimation edge to edge — that is the route for a race with a strong visual identity or a sponsor block.

Where it fits

Running and cycling clubs, gyms, tennis and padel clubs, obstacle races, corporate sports days, and school athletics. Also useful outside sport: kitchens, warehouses and any hot workplace where staff already wear something on their heads.

Common questions

Can we print a logo straight onto the terry band?

It will not hold — a print onto terry loops breaks up. Use a woven or printed patch stitched onto the band, or embroidery, if the branding has to survive washing.

Which material for winter?

The 280 g/m² fleece band. It covers the ears for winter running, cross-country skiing and outdoor work, and it is the version that starts selling from October.

What is the minimum order, and should we buy the headband alone?

100 pieces. A sweatband on its own is a small order — clubs and race organisers normally budget for the wristband and headband together as a kit.
