One wristband per target time: every pace group gets its own version with the right splits.
Readable on the run: splits every 5 km plus half and finish, large white figures on a dark background.
Full colour, edge to edge: your race logo, sponsor and colours printed across the whole wristband.
Tyvek with adhesive closure: light, water resistant and does not tear in the rain or sweat.
We build the layout: send the logo and the target times, we calculate the splits and send a proof for every version.
A runner who checks the watch at 25 km does not want to do arithmetic. A pace band answers the only question that matters at that moment: am I ahead or behind my target? Printed on Tyvek and worn on the wrist like an event band, it carries the split time for every 5 km, the half marathon and the finish, calculated for one target time. Race organisers hand them out at the expo or in the start pack, so every runner leaves with the band for the pace group they signed up for.
A version for every pace group: one print file per target time, for example 3:00 to 5:30 in 10 minute steps. Quantities are split per version, so you order more of the popular times and fewer of the fast ones.
Splits that can be read at speed: 5 km columns plus HALF and FINISH give ten columns across the wristband. That keeps every figure large enough to read on a moving arm.
Branding across the whole wristband: full colour print edge to edge, with your logo next to the target time and room for a sponsor.
Clean closure tab: the adhesive tab at one end is kept free of text and logos, so nothing important is hidden when the wristband is closed.
Layout done for you: we calculate the split times, place your logo and background and return a proof of each version before printing.
5 km splits or 1 km splits? A full marathon in 1 km splits needs 42 columns. On a 38 mm wristband that leaves about 5 mm per column, which is too small to read while running. Five kilometre splits with the half and the finish give ten readable columns, and that is what we recommend for a marathon. For a half marathon or a 10 km race, shorter steps fit and we adjust the layout.
Even pace or a race plan? The standard pace band assumes an even pace over the whole distance. If your pacers run a negative split or slow down on a known hill, send us the plan and we put those times on the pace band instead.
Pace band or an event wristband? If the wristband also has to work as an entry or access pass, look at our Full Color Tyvek Wristbands with numbering. A pace band is a guide for the runner, not a ticket.

For a full marathon we recommend splits every 5 km plus the half and the finish. That gives ten columns that stay readable on a 38 mm wristband. Splits for every kilometre would need 42 columns of about 5 mm each, which is too small to read while running.
As many as you have pace groups. Every target time is its own print file and the quantity is split between the versions, so you can order more pace bands for the popular finish times.
Your logo in vector format, a background image or brand colours, the list of target times and the quantity per version. We calculate the split times, build the layout and send you a proof of every version before printing.
Yes. Send us the planned time for each split and we print those instead of the even pace calculation.
